西区药厂招聘Packing leader包装组长 带10人左右

Our company is a successful Australian manufacturer with multiple businesses awards. We specialise in manufacturing Health Supplements (complementary medicines and supplementary food) and Skin Care products.

主要职责：
领导并监督包装团队，确保包装生产线高效合规运作，确保完成工作目标、质量标准和时间节点。
确保包装过程符合GMP（良好生产规范）要求。
识别并推动持续改进，以提高包装效率、降低成本并保持高质量标准。
为包装机械提供技术支持和故障排除，与维护团队紧密合作。
维护包装操作、质量控制检查及其他文档的准确记录。
培训团队成员，提升日常工作表现。
报告并记录包装过程、批次记录及相关问题。

经验与要求：
至少5年制药包装经验，其中至少2年担任领导职务。
扎实的GMP要求知识。
具备对制药包装过程、材料和机械的良好理解。
有识别包装生产线效率低下并主导改进措施的经验，能够提升生产力、减少浪费并保持成本效益。
在快节奏且受监管的环境中，能够展示出领导团队的能力。
积极主动、具有协作精神和实际操作能力。

Key Responsibilities:
• Lead and supervise the packaging team to ensure the efficient and compliant operation of packaging lines, ensuring the job target, quality standards, and timelines are met.
• Ensure packaging processes are aligned with GMP practice.
• Identify and drive continuous improvements to enhance packaging efficiency, reduce costs, and maintain high-quality standards.
• Provide technical and troubleshooting support for packaging machinery, working closely with the maintenance team.
• Maintain accurate records of packaging operations, QC check, and other documentations.
• Train team members to improve day to day performance
• Report and document packaging processes, batch records, and issues.

Experience and Requirements:
• Minimum 5 years of experience in pharmaceutical packaging with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
• Strong knowledge of GMP requirements.
• Good understanding of pharmaceutical packaging process, materials, and machinery.
• Experience in identifying inefficiencies in packaging lines and leading initiatives to improve productivity, reduce waste, and maintain cost-effectiveness.
• Demonstrated ability to lead a team in a fast-paced, regulated environment.
• Proactive, collaborative, and hands-on working attitude.
