We are looking for experienced qualified trades personnel to inspect tenanted
properties of NSW Land And Housing Corporation (PAS inspection) and identify
defects in the property that requires attention. It is essential that the individual has
a good eye for detail and at times has the ability to understand the underlying
causes related to the issue on hand and identify the processes involved in the
rectification. These processes need to be documented using an IPAD into a
specific online Application template. Relevant Training to use the specific online
Application Template will be provided for the selected candidate.Has one of the qualification:
• Diploma in Building and Construction – TAFE
• Certificate IV in Building and Construction – TAFE
• Diploma in Building Design – TAFE
• Certificate IV Building Design – TAFE
• Current NSW Builders Licence or applicable NSW Tradesperson License.
• Degree in Architecture, Engineering (Civil or Structural), Building and
Construction, or Building Surveying
Skills and Experience:
• Have 3 or more years of work experience in the construction industry.
• Familiarizing with all residential building components and defects
• Current ABN & drivers' license and own vehicle/transport.
• Valid working visa in Australia
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Equipping own IPad or Android Tablet to access SPM assets
• Hold a Construction Induction Safety certificate (white card
