Joinery Site Leading Hand Opportunity

We are seeking a motivated individual with joinery and construction site experience who is looking to progress into a Leading Hand role while working on large-scale apartment and commercial projects across Perth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate daily installation activities on site
• Lead and support installation teams
• Liaise with builders, site supervisors and subcontractors
• Monitor quality, programme and site safety
• Report site progress, defects and material shortages
• Assist with project coordination and site meetings

Requirements:

• Previous experience in joinery installation or construction site operations
• Ability to read shop drawings and construction plans
• Good communication and organisational skills
• White Card and current Driver’s Licence
• Ability to work independently and lead a small team

Preferred:

• Experience on apartment, hotel or commercial projects
• English and Mandarin communication skills
• Ambition to progress into Site Supervisor or Project Management roles
