We’re looking for a motivated people, Flooring Sales Consultant who genuinely enjoys home renovation, interiors, and helping clients bring their spaces to life.
This role is perfect for someone who doesn’t just sell flooring but understands how flooring fits into the bigger picture of a home.

About the Role

You’ll be the first point of contact for customers, guiding them through flooring selections while offering thoughtful advice on design, renovation, and interior finishes.

You’ll work closely with homeowners, builders, and renovators to help them make confident, informed decisions.

Key Responsibilities

* Assist customers in selecting flooring that suits their lifestyle, budget, and design goals
* Provide knowledgeable advice on flooring types, colours, textures, and finishes
* Offer basic interior and renovation insights to support customers’ overall vision
* Build strong, long-term customer relationships
* Prepare quotes, follow up leads, and close sales
* Stay up to date with product knowledge and interior trends
* Collaborate with the wider team to ensure smooth project outcomes

What We’re Looking For

* Must be available to work weekends

* Previous experience in flooring sales, interiors, or home renovation (highly regarded)
* Strong interest in interior design, home improvement, or renovations
* Excellent communication and customer service skills
* Confident, friendly, and solutions focused approach
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Sales-driven mindset with attention to detail.
