我们正在寻找一名有 Sydney residential design 经验的建筑设计师，参与豪宅、Duplex、KDR、DA / CDC 报批及住宅开发项目。
要求熟悉 NSW 住宅设计流程，能独立完成 concept design、floor plan、elevation、section、DA / CDC drawing package。熟练使用 Revit / AutoCAD / SketchUp / ArchiCAD。
有 Duplex、豪宅、Knock Down Rebuild、Council DA、CDC、BASIX、NCC / BCA 经验者优先。熟悉 Ku-ring-gai、Northern Beaches、Willoughby、Ryde、Woollahra 等 Council 更佳。
工作地点 Sydney，可全职、兼职或 contractor。
