We are looking for an experienced Warehouse Supervisor (2IC) to be a part of our growing team.
The role is based in our Alexandria Warehouse in Sydney Australia.
Our ideal candidate is an experienced Warehouse Supervisor that will see you working closely with the warehouse Manager to ensure service commitments are achieved safely and efficiently.

Roles and responsibilities include but are not limited to:

Assist the Warehouse Manager with Warehouse Operations including receiving dispatching stock, overseeing of orders and returns management
Assist the Warehouse Manager with Inventory organization and management
Communicating with other departments, staff groups and suppliers
Assist the Warehouse Manager with keeping stock control systems up to date and planning future capacity requirements
Assist the Warehouse Manager with briefing team on the issues for that particular day
Ensuring the health, safety, cleanliness and security of the work environment
Initiate and implement process improvements
Assist with management of couriers/transportation in terms of delivery receipt/dispatch
Delivery KPIS set by team
Assist with management of warehouse staff and casual rostering
Hands-on training for newly hired warehouse staff
Physically demanding — may be required to lift up to 20kg

The perfect candidate:

Demonstrated experience in as a warehouse supervisor/ leader.
3+ years experience in warehouse environment
Valid Australian Drivers License
Experience with e-commence/ fashion is preferred
Experience with PeopleVox highly regarded
High-level of attention to detail and accuracy
Excellent communication skills in both verbal and written
Computer literate
Have the right to work in Australia full time.

主动提出并实施流程优化措施；
协助管理快递/运输安排，包括收货与发货；
达成团队设定的关键绩效指标（KPIs）；
协助管理仓库员工，包括临时工排班；
为新入职的仓库员工提供实操培训；
工作具有体力要求，可能需要搬运重达20公斤的物品。

理想人选需具备：

拥有仓库主管或团队领导的实际经验；
至少3年以上仓库工作经验；
持有有效的澳大利亚驾照；
有电商或时尚行业经验者优先；
熟悉PeopleVox系统者将被优先考虑；
注重细节，工作准确度高；
具备出色的口头与书面沟通能力；
熟练使用电脑办公软件；
拥有在澳大利亚全职工作的合法权利。
